I know what it's like. I personally have rebuilt my life more than once.
I Lived across countries: Belgium, Spain, Ecuador, Colombia,...
I Started over with nothing multiple times, built businesses from scratch since 2015.
In 2005 I was stuck in a room for years, literally, paralyzed by anxiety (attacks), not even able to step outside, go party or ride a bike.
I’ve lost everything at once: My health, my relationship, my direction.
And I’ve walked straight back into it. Again. And again.
I’ve trained with masters in Okinawa. Stayed in monasteries in France and Japan. Built companies. Worked inside organizations. And still, always walked away from everything that didn't feel true anymore.
And of course as you might guess: it wasn´t a walk in the park. But I just knew: That moment, where everything in you says: “This is not it anymore.” That’s the moment most people hesitate. That’s where I haven't and that's where I don’t.
I don’t work with ideas. I work with the moment where you already know what to do, and you’re not doing it. You already know what needs to happen next. The only question is: are you going to do it - or not?
