The Ø Cycle — Four Phases
Every return to origin moves through a rhythm. I call it the Ø Cycle:

Remembrance: slowing down, remembering your essence
Purification: releasing what no longer belongs
Embodiment: anchoring origin into your body and daily life
Creation: expressing your spark into the world

I move through these phases every day.

Sometimes Ø is a breath before holding my daughter when I’m exhausted. Sometimes it’s doing a workout after work.

Sometimes it’s sitting down to write or share even when I don’t feel ready.

The Seven Directions — Medicine of Wholeness

Origin is not only a cycle, it’s a space you stand in.
Seven directions form the medicine of Back to Ø:

Above — vision & spirit
Below — roots & body
Left — feminine, receiving
Right — masculine, giving
South — past, ancestors, lineage
North — future, destiny, direction
Center — heart, I AM, your living origin

On Instagram I show what this looks like in practice: as a father (Earth, family), a man training body & spirit (Masculine/Feminine balance), a seeker writing & speaking his vision (North, Above). All seven directions are alive in my daily life.

The thing is there's not really an answer to it but to live and experiment for truth.

And that inquiry has shaped my life.

I’m here to help you remember who you are.

I’ve walked the path of the seeker, the builder, the teacher, the guide.
I’ve studied astrology, sacred systems, timelines, embodiment, language, geometry.
But over time, one thing became clear:
the deeper the work went, the less it was about accumulating knowledge:
and the more it was about learning to listen.

To life.
To the body.
To the subtle intelligence that moves beneath thought.

What I’ve learned is simple, and uncompromising:

We are not here to fit into existing structures.
We are here to realign with the deeper rhythm we were born from.

ØRSPRNG™ was born from that knowing.
With the intention of creating a coherent ecosystem,
a place where direction, coherence, and embodiment come together.

It’s where soul meets strategy.
Where ancient intelligence meets modern leadership.
I guide visionaries, creatives, and conscious leaders
who feel the call to stop fragmenting themselves
and start living from one coherent center again.

This is remembrance work.
Realignment work.
Field work.

And I don’t stand outside of it.
I walk it... with you
step by step, breath by breath,
through the spiral of becoming whole again.
